SUBSTITUTE  ESL INSTRUCTORS



CONTINUOUS RECRUITMENT
POSITION

Substitute  ESL Instructor.  Hours and times vary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Ability to teach English as a second language.
  2. Experience teaching adults.
  3. At least a BA, preferably in education, TESOL, applied linguistics, or a related field.
  4. Communicate effectively in oral and written English.
  5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with students and staff.
COMPENSATION

Newly hired Substitute instructors are placed on Step A of the RTC scale (currently $37.41 per hour). Base pay increments for individuals with earned Master or PhD degrees from an accredited institution. (Must submit official transcripts).
